Molded Paper Pulp Insert

Custom molded paper pulp insert/inner tray is the greener option to replace the plastic or Eva tray for the packaging box.

Material: sugarcane fiber or bamboo fiber
Color: white, natural, black or customized

    Consulting & Analysis
    After our initial conversation, we may need your drawings, documents, specifications, and products to move on next step.

    Design & Engineering
    We desgin 3D drawing based on the your requirements and the sample provided.

    Prototyping
    Before making the paper pulp sample, we suggest to move on 3D printing prototype for evaluation, discusssion and testing.

    Sample Tooling
    Sample mold with one cavity to make real paper pulp samples for your further evaluation and testing. These samples should be of the same quality as the production product.

    Production Tooling & Mass Production
    A full set of production molds will be generated for mass production. All paper pulps will be 100% inspected before delivery.
